The Under Eye Masks reduce the appearance of under eye circles and lines that accommodate everyday stress. The trademarked LOOK OLEACTIF ingredient provides extra hydration and moisturizing properties to alleviate these eye issues.
In addition, the Under Eye Masks are sulfate-free, paraben-free, cruelty-free, vegan certified and dermatologist-tested. We purposely kept ingredients at a minimum so users can feel at ease with what's being applied to their skin. See the full list of ingredients on our product page.
The eye masks are also biodegradable (not including the packaging), aligning with our efforts to help the environment as much as possible!
The Under Eye Masks are proudly produced in the U.S. by our manufacturing partner that is based in New Jersey.
The Under Eye Masks underwent a series of efficacy and RIPT tests for quality assurance; as a result, the product is labeled as dermatologist-tested. Safety and quality are of utmost importance to us.
We only distribute through our website, but we have plans to distribute via other channels in the near future. Stay tuned!
At the moment, we only offer the Under Eye Masks. Feel free to send us any suggestions for new products, our goal is to create a full product line that helps our customers maintain healthy skin.
Shipping time depends on the destination. Currently, we ship from a warehouse based in New Jersey. Orders take approximately 1 day to process, then orders are shipped. If the destination is on the east coast, orders should arrive within 3 business days (Monday through Saturday). If the destination is out west, orders can take up to 5 days until arrival. There is only one, flat-rate shipping method at this time (we plan to add faster methods in the future!).
Once an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link for the order.
Right now, we only ship to customers based in the U.S. If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out via our contact form as soon as possible after your order so we can reroute the order. If your order has been shipped, we'll work with you to come up with a viable solution.
At this time, we do not accept returns. We will process cancellations within 1 hour of an order. If an issue occurs with an order, please reach out via our contact form and we will do our best to accommodate refund and other requests.
